Blanca M. Sherwin was born Blanca Constable in 1976 in Pachuca,
Hidalgo, Mexico. Blanca moved to Texas with her Sister and Parents
arriving Christmas Eve in 1983. Blanca grew up in the Public School
system where she quickly advanced in school due to her family's
dedication to Education. After High School, Blanca went on to College
where she attained three degrees, two of which are in Law Enforcement
and Jail Operations. Since graduating the Police Academy, Blanca, A
Master Peace Officer, has worked as a Patrol Officer, Forensic
Technician, Deputy Constable and now serves as the Assistant Training
Coordinator for the
Mansfield Police Department in Mansfield, Texas.

Blanca has instructed Basic Peace Officer Academies as well as in
service training classes at the following Law Enforcement Training
Facilities:

  • North Texas Council of Governments Regional Police Academy
  • Tarrant County College Police Academy
  • University of North Texas Police Academy
  • Weatherford College Police Academy
  • Dallas County Community College-Cedar Valley Police Academy
  • DFW Airport Department of Public Safety Training Center

Blanca travels throughout the State of Texas offering courses in
Spanish to Emergency personnel which include Police Officers, Fire
Fighters and EMS. She is available to travel through out the United
States.

Blanca was selected to serve as an International Translator for the
Latin America ARFF Program held at Dallas-Fort Worth International
Airport.

Blanca also has experience in document translation for Law Firms
throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Some of Blanca's work
includes Worker's Compensation documents for Hispanic Workers as
well as City Charters translated from English to Spanish for Hispanic
residents.
