Helps Fight Cerebral Palsy
Please read Angelina's Story
Angelina Brooke Safford was born the second of a twin set to loving parents Larry
and Andrea Safford on January 19, 2007. The battle for life began as she and her
brother entered the world thirteen weeks premature. At only 1.7 lbs at birth the first
few weeks of her life hung in the balance as her doctors gave her slim chances for
survival - still Angelina continued to fight. After three surgeries while in the NICU
battling pnemonia and pulmonary hypertension, she struggled to live and breathe.
Although doctors had suspected Cerebral Palsy would be her future her diagnosis
was confirmed in July.
Though every family struggles, this team has HOPE for a better future for Angelina.
